All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Currently we only ship within the United States.

Customers will be emailed the shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as they are shipped.

All orders are made to order by hand in our workshop, in Star, Idaho. Please expect 1-2 weeks for signs to be created and processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Heartwood Frames + Custom Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Heartwood Frames + Custom Designs will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.
